Web Hosting
Web hosting consists of providing a place (server/directory) where your files (HTML,images,scripts,database,etc.) are stored and served by a web server when requested by a browser, along with providing responsive technical support and added features/tools. There are many considerations when deciding on a company/server to host your pages or site. What features are available and the speed at which your pages will be displayed/served. Of course cost is always an important consideration as well. Once you sign-up, are you alone in this endeavor or are there actual people to help when you need a hand. How long will you have to tread water before that helping hand reaches you?
Our servers have multiple connections, multiple providers to the Internet backbone for the fastest access and to ensure if one provider is having trouble your pages will still be accessible. You may not need all the features that our servers have but isn't it nice to know that if and when you do, they are there and new features are being added all the time to keep up with the rapid changes of the web. Scalability is a feature that will save you time and effort, not to mention money during your long and productive time on the Internet.
In our early days we switched providers several times to gain access to new features, faster and greater bandwidth, more disk space, more freedom. Each time we spent many sleepless nights reconfiguring web pages, scripts and references within our documentation. We want to help you rest easy every night knowing you have the best services and staff to make your Internet experience easy and productive.

- Static Web Page Hosting $5 / month (discounts available)
2 meg of disk space for HTML and images that are static ( don't change ). This is normally used to post contact and descriptive information which does not change or require maintenance more than once every three to six months. Pages are sent to Planet for posting or contracted for creation. Additional updates can be sent or contracted at additional cost. Additional disk space can be purchased at $1/meg/month.

- Standard Web Hosting $15 / month (discounts available)
5 Meg of disk space, 1 userid, all tools listed below and cgi/script access.

- Virtual Domain Hosting $35 / month * (discounts available)
You have your own domain name to aid in presenting the right web presence for you or your company. 100 userids, YES that's one hundred userids, each with their own e-mail address, telnet and FTP access. 200 meg of disk space.

All accounts include 1 gigabyte of transfer per month. Additional transfer costs $4 per 100 megs in 100 meg increments minimum.
Very processor intensive scripts will also incur extra charges.
Adult Materials: we do not allow them.
For security reasons, we don't allow IRC bots to run on our systems.
If we get spam complaints against your account, we will charge you $75 per complaint. Excessive spamming can result in account termination. Our staff will be the final determination on this matter.
